On-line courses could be taken any where there is internet access. The seminars and retreats would mostly be held at the Holy Vajrasana Temple and Retreat Center either in Sanger or at the site of the Ancient Buddha Temple in San Bernardino County when that facility is in place. Seminary students could stay at either location.
