XFVU is in the process of seeking certification from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to be able to issue I-20 (F-1 or Student Visas) to foreign students through their Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). Foreign students would need to be enrolled full time in the Xuanfa Five Vidyas Seminary Program; have a residence abroad, with no immediate intention of abandoning that residence; intend to depart from the United States upon completion of the course of study; and possess sufficient funds to pursue the proposed course of study. Temporary work permits may be allowed to further one’s practice after completion of the degree. Student Visas are not issued to on-line distance learning programs.
