The Xuanfa Five Vidyas University (XFVU) is an affiliate of the Xuanfa Institute, which is located at 11507 East Ashlan Avenue (send mail to PO Box 272 ), Sanger, California 93657. The Xuanfa Institute was established in 2009 as a tax-exempt religious non-profit corporation to propagate the correct dharma of Shakyamuni Buddha and all the Buddhas in the ten directions. Xuanfa (宣法) means propagate the dharma in Chinese. This includes the teachings of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, an incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, who is the teacher of all Buddhas, including Shakyamuni Buddha. The Xuanfa Institute is in the process of establishing temples and retreat centers at Sanger and in the Mojave Desert in southern California. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche is the Abbot of these temples.
